So I ask is that have a car for me the day I drive home OR at lease have someone drive me home and pick me up after the car fixed. He just gave me very rude and clear answer NO whatsoever, and said if other dearer had that service why not go to other dearer? Even the service boss sitting next to him said nothing and support him maybe try to safe his face in front of other clients. The boss ask me go to his office and said we will send someone drive me home and pick me up after I accepted. That very base service and manner for the dearer. After sales the client is not important they are rude and have no idea what is customer services. More
