We’ve called salesman, customer service and the manager. We were told it’s coming but I’m thinking that’s not gonna happen. Stricklands is the typical used car lot that promises everything and anything else you want to hear till you buy the car. When that day comes the helpfulness and service ends. I would never recommend them for any car purchase. So frustrating. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP (PLEASE READ!!!) Unless you know what vehicle you would like, don't go to Strickland's (Windsor). What I mean is that my son and I went into the dealership with a spe Unless you know what vehicle you would like, don't go to Strickland's (Windsor). What I mean is that my son and I went into the dealership with a specific car in mind that was on their lot but their "Top salesperson", Kader recommended that we get into a newer, more expensive car. We explained our credit challenges and our budget but he completely ignored what we had to say because he thought he knew better. I have owned more cars then Kader has been alive and I think I know what I want and how much I had to pay. After we came to the conclusion that the car recommended to us was not the vehicle we wanted, we went back a few days later for the car we initially wanted and it was sold. As well there was another vehicle on the lot that we really liked and decided to go with it but Kader disclosed to us that it could not be financed because it had over $7000 worth of damage, after this we ended our relationship with Kader and Strickland's. Most of their vehicles have been in an accident and they do not disclose this to you until you are about to sign the paperwork, a very shady practice, that's why their vehicles' prices seem so amazing. Plus, they are all about the financing even if they know you won't qualify. "Hey lets give it a try" Kader says but in turn it dings your credit and there is another rejection. As well, I just want to mention that in the late summer of 2018, we were looking at an inexpensive "as is" vehicle. I had just had an amputation of my left leg and was in a wheelchair. We had asked for a ride out to the dealership because our car was sold and gone and they complied telling us they would give us a ride home as well. It ended up that we did could not negotiate to the price we wanted so we were going to leave asking them to take us home. They told us that the shuttle could not take us home so we were on our own. We had to call a cab, waiting outside the dealership, me in my wheelchair, my son by my side. We took the taxi from Lakeshore to riverside and cost us $80. Strickland's never offered to pay or refund our taxi costs. WHO DOES THIS TO A HANDICAPPED INDIVIDUAL? ASK YOURSELF WHAT KIND OF MORALS DOES THIS DEALERSHIP HAVE? ARE THEY THERE FOR YOU OR ONLY FOR THEMSELVES? You take what I had to say in whatever way you want but Strickland's (Windsor) is a dealership that I will NEVER shop at again after what they did to me a few months ago and last summer. So the next time you hear their add on 96.7 and feel enticed to go, think about what I just told you and make your choice carefully! More
