Great staff, Great experience! I had many recommendations to look at Strickland's in Stratford to find a new car, and I wasn't let down! From the first contact of Nick calling me, I had many recommendations to look at Strickland's in Stratford to find a new car, and I wasn't let down! From the first contact of Nick calling me, I felt like I could trust him and he wasn't going to push me into a vehicle I was going to regret. My free time this March was very limited and Nick was going to make sure he could work around my schedule. I NEEDED to test drive a Honda CRZ that was in Windsor, and I really only gave him two days notice. He was willing to drive 6 hours to go pick it up for me to see. Knowing that would take him away from selling for six hours I did feel bad but that was the only time I could make it. Luckily someone from Windsor met him half way. I test drove it, loved it and had to take it home! One of the best parts is, while I was waiting around the lot while Nick was getting paper work ready, every single staff member greeted me with a hello and carried on with their way, not trying to sell me anything. I was then given a very generous trade in on my vehicle and even won a deluxe detailing voucher on their prize wheel. Upon picking up my new car it was perfect and went very quickly, probably under ten minutes. I then took some time (possibly too much time) in the parking lot set up my blue tooth and get everything where I needed it and drained my battery. Blake and another staff member then assisted me with a boost. He even offered to drive to London if the battery died again to give me another jump. I will be definitely coming back for my next one! A very fun and helpful experience I went to Stricklands initially to test drive some cars and see what I liked. Clarke and Blake were very helpful and informative! It was a fun experience and I never felt pressured to buy, but ended up finding a car that fit my needs and my budget. Will definitely buy my next car at this dealer. Both ron and Dan were a pleasure to deal with, down to earth, honest and professional, you don't often get the three in one, great guys. The 2012 Mazda3 I got is awesome, with as many cars as they have on their lot I got to the T exactly what I wanted, and for just a bit more I got a 5 year or 10000 km warranty from the day I picked it up. We bought two cars in 3 months Unexpectedly, we had to replace our van as a result of an MVA. Three months earlier, we had purchased a Mini from Stricklands and were very satisfied. Unexpectedly, we had to replace our van as a result of an MVA. Three months earlier, we had purchased a Mini from Stricklands and were very satisfied. So we didn't waste any time looking around, just went straight there and told them the situation. Larry and Dan we engaged from the beginning. They have a huge inventory of used vehicles and Larry was a lot of help finding the right one to meet our needs. All is a few days. Stricklands is a very professionally run business with high standards across the board. I would recommend to any one. More
