Buying from out of town made easy I initially contacted Strickland's to test a Highlander. After driving it and speaking with Will, I explained I was not certain on moving from a seda I initially contacted Strickland's to test a Highlander. After driving it and speaking with Will, I explained I was not certain on moving from a sedan to SUV. I told him I was going to consider my options and get back to him. Will's patience as well as attentiveness in meeting my needs and schedule made buying a car extremely simple. After deciding on an Acura TL SH-AWD, he tested the car and sent pictures of a few small blemishes. Will ensured several service points were taken care of due to age and mileage and we completed the purchase process online, all I had to do was sign the ownership and contract prior to delivery. The entire process took 45 minutes and was on the road enjoying my new ride. More

Ron wasn't pushy at all, he knew our price limit and was great about sticking to it which we really appreciated. We received follow up calls from both Ron and another Strickland's representative within a couple of weeks of purchase to confirm we were happy with our vehicle and hadn't had any trouble. On impulse, I had decided to go to Strickland's and just see a) what they would give me for my truck and b)what vehicles they had that I may want. Clarke was very helpful and informative. He helped me figure out what vehicle would work best for me what my best options were. He helped be to get a better deal for my truck on the trade in and I left with a newer vehicle that was coming to cost me less in the long run. Clarke was very attentive. As soon as we got out of my truck to look at some cars, he came out and answered all of our questions. He got us in a car to test drive it and when we got back, he got us in the office to get the paperwork started and get my truck appraised. I was very happy with how Strickland's and Clarke helped me purchase my new car. More
