Easy to deal! I went in with a vechile in mind. We spoke with Jeff for a couple minutes and he was able to narrow it down for us very quickly. He brought some up fo I went in with a vechile in mind. Before we left he set up the phone and stuff so we could see how it worked. All together he made it a fairly easy process. Listen well to what we were asking for and delivered. We also dealt with Daryl in finance and that experience was not as good. He was a little pushy and dry. It's a good thing that Jeff was as good as he was or it my have tainted the experience for us. All in all we are very happy with our purchase and love the vechile that we got. Stricklands is a great place to shop. 👍 More

We did a lot of our own research on what we wanted and didn't want and decided on looking for an SUV. We met Nathan who was our sales rep. He was such a friendly and easy to deal with person. No pressure, and listened to OUR needs and what WE wanted to see as we had a specific vehicle in mind. He came through in spades!! and when time came to make the stressful walk to go talk money, we were introduced to Darryl who looked after the financial end of things, well, he couldn't have been more pleasant and attentive to our questions and concerns. He answered everything we asked, and found out right away, if he did not know something off hand. He walked through the whole process with us, and not for one second did we feel pressured! He came through in spades, and did what we asked, and offered other ideas, that were valuable as well! Picked up our beautiful new vehicle last night, and Nathan again came through to every question and took us through every step with ease. He even sat in our vehicle and went over every detail of how to use certain buttons and gadgets, and where to find this and that. SO HAPPY!! We will be back again!
