Replacing parts “just incase” My window was smashed by a thief. I brought my car to this dealership because my veloster driver window is dealership issued only. At first they told me that the glass was going to cost 167.23.. and the labour was going to be free because the driver door was issued for a recall for the door latch and housing cable.. so the two jobs intertwined. Then I get a call back saying that my regulator was bent and the motor “may” be burned out so they needed to replace it just in case. So I told them “fine” replace it but I want to see the old parts because i will get a second opinion. The jobs gets done and $776 dollars later!! I go pick up the car and the parts , take it to 3 mechanics, and ALL OF THEM said these parts could be fixed and did not need to be replaced. The regulator that was “bent” was plastic, and plastic cannot be “bent” unless heat is applied! The motor work completely fine and is only one year old! I went to speak to a service manager but could only speak with a service advisor who began to point out stupid little scratches and proceeded to tell me they wouldn’t work because of them. He handled the complaint with an unpleasant attitude! I feel like I was cheated and lied too and I would think the right solution would be to issue a refund. Other than that I would not recommend this dealership after this experience, I would not even recommend a Hyundai in general. More

Unhappy Detailing My first time visit was fast and friendly. Very clean environment and quite welcoming. The inside driver side of the door was not touched still see some kind of splash mark showing the trunk and all the other doors around the edges was not wipe down sould see the dust all around it! Worst Customer Service I got a leased car from this dealership with protection plan. Although I was eligible to cancel the plan within 30 days they were denying to do that. They don't have courtesy with their customers. They didn't reply to my series of emails and registered letter. Even they didn't reply to Better Business Bureau. I got a refund after 2 months of stressful struggle with the help of OMVIC. I won't recommend anyone to buy or lease a car from this dealership. More
