After 2 Years – Lease Return Experience I leased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade from Streetsville Hyundai on a two-year term. The leasing process itself was smooth and straightforward, and the dealership staff were helpful at the time of delivery. However, my experience at the end of the lease was disappointing due to two major concerns. 1. Additional Warranty Plan During the lease signing, I was strongly encouraged to purchase the "Peace of Mind" extended warranty plan. In hindsight, I found this plan to provide little to no value for a two-year lease vehicle, especially given the limitations, exclusions, and conditions attached to it. I felt that the benefits were not clearly aligned with my needs, and the plan ultimately did not deliver the value I expected. the pan is not approved by Huyndai and it is not gonna be accepted at any other dealership 2. Excess Kilometre Charge Discrepancy After returning the vehicle, I received an invoice for excess kilometre charges. However, the rate charged differed from the rate that had been represented to me at the time of signing. I contacted the dealership and was advised that they could not modify the amount because the lease was administered through Hyundai Finance. when i wondered about the fact i have two documents issued by the dealership on the same day with two different information he started yelling. What was particularly frustrating was that I had documentation provided by the dealership on the day of signing that supported my understanding of the kilometre rate. Despite presenting this information, I was informed that nothing could be done. When I raised the issue with Hyundai Finance, they advised me that this mistake if for the dealership to correct. As a result, I was left caught between the two parties, with neither willing to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution. In my opinion, the issue could have been addressed more transparently and professionally. Customers should not be placed in a position where they must navigate conflicting information between the dealership and the financing company. and when a mistake happens they should be accountable. i felt that the dealership mis led me by giving wrong information Overall, while the initial leasing experience was positive, my lease-end experience was marked by poor communication, a lack of accountability, dishonesty, and an unwillingness to address what appeared to be a legitimate concern. I recently purchased a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid N Line from Streetsville Hyundai (Nav Bhatia Hyundai), Mississauga, and my experience after delivery has been extremely disappointing. Within 1–2 days of taking the vehicle home, I discovered a crack on the windshield and significant damage (curb rash) on the rear wheel rim, neither of which was disclosed during the sales process or documented in the agreement. I reported the issues immediately and brought the vehicle back for inspection. After multiple discussions, the dealership agreed only to repair the windshield, but refused replacement and refused to provide any warranty on the repair. Even more concerning, they completely denied responsibility for the wheel damage, stating that it was my responsibility to inspect the car before purchase. This response is very disappointing because: The vehicle was not sold “as-is” The issues were not disclosed during the sale The defects were identified almost immediately after delivery The vehicle was issued a safety certificate just days before delivery Despite clearly explaining these points, the dealership refused to provide a fair and complete resolution. While the sales process initially felt professional, the lack of post-sale accountability and customer support has been extremely poor. Communication has also been inconsistent, with follow-ups not being properly handled. I strongly recommend future buyers: Inspect the vehicle very carefully before taking delivery Document all conditions in writing Do not rely solely on dealership representations I am now considering formal escalation through OMVIC due to the lack of fair resolution. I got my 2015 Santa Fe serviced on September 11/24 at Streetsville/Nav Bhattia’s Hyundai (SO #471943) to have the starter, front wheel, and brake and tail lights that were all acting up or malfunctioning Streetsville/Nav Bhattia’s Hyundai (SO #471943) to have the starter, front wheel, and brake and tail lights that were all acting up or malfunctioning looked at. I was taken care of in the service shop by the assistant service manager Chetan Batra and Omar, both of whom were great in person. An Uber was arranged to take me back home which was nice. Total charges for a new battery, ball joint and 2 lights was $830 or so - very, very pricey. I was told the starter was perfectly fine but right after I left to run some errands that late afternoon, the starter was still acting up. I emailed Chetan 4 times that same evening, with each email containing videos I took of the dashboard while the starter malfunctioned. He didn’t respond to any of my emails. On September 13th I got a call from a female named Alia from Streetsville/Nav Bhattia’s Hyundai to see how my recent service experience was, to which I responded that I wasn’t very satisfied, explained the situation to her and requested a manager call me back. She advised me that one would but to date, as of this writing on October 5th, nobody ever bothered to call me. This lack of accountability and behavior is shameful, having been clearly exhibited at different levels of the location or organization. Based on my poor customer experience, I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting their car serviced here… one can only imagine that the sales department may be as poor but who knows really. More

This place has no idea what "Good customer Service is" firstly no one ever answers the phone in service. Called several times before end of day no response, Wed morning we get a TEXT! saying this is the issue will cost this and do you want us to proceed? xxx? and then once the work was done and paid for it turns out it was a recall and we should never have paid for it but no one bothered to check to see if it was recall! Unless you are desperate I would not recomend this place. we will not be returning that's for certain. More
