Used VW Golf Lied to us. Sold us a car where the ac does not work. Heated seats dont work. And the check engine light has been on since we got it. None of this was Lied to us. Also did a repair the day we bought it that fell apart 5 days later. Called and called.and did not call us back. So we had to pay 500 dollars to repair it. Long story short it was our fault for believing the car was in good shape and taking their word that everything worked. The rest of the story lies with them being dishonest. The worst experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I would not reccomend them to anyone. If you shake hands with the saleman there check to see all your rings are still on your hand. More

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! Dishonest and money hungry! Made the mistake of purchasing a car here in 2015. Ever since I have been harassed by them trying to sell me a new car at least 4-6x per year! What th Made the mistake of purchasing a car here in 2015. Ever since I have been harassed by them trying to sell me a new car at least 4-6x per year! What they try to do is convince you that the car you have is worthless (yet a year ago it was the best thing ever). I purchased extra warranty with my car and have not been able to access any of it. I feel completely scammed as the information provided to me was completely misleasing. Somebody even entered my date of purchase wrong which impacted my warranty-- it was then up to me to prove their mistake, which they did not apologize for. The service centre is money hungry and inefficient. I feel like the reason they were hired is simply to screw people out of their warranty. Southlands VW will not get another penny of our family's money. More
