But then something unexpected happened—Manager Jonathan Raymond personally reached out to me. I hadn’t even voiced my concerns, yet he took the initiative to apologize and make things right. That gesture alone spoke volumes about the dealership’s values. From that point on, the service was outstanding. Mr. Raymond ensured everything was handled with care and professionalism, and Mr. Ahmed Hassan, the salesman I worked with, was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Together, they completely turned my experience around. In the end, I not only got a great vehicle, but I also gained a lot of respect for how Spinelli Toyota treats its customers when things don’t go perfectly.
