Then the service advisors like Emmanuel, Lorena and their team are there to discuss your concerns about your car and the services that are necessary. Finally as I walk into their lounge area I see Lynn who will answer your questions or guide you to someone who can. And meanwhile she will offer you a coffee. I have purchased and leased many cars at this dealership, and recently I had the pleasure of consulting with Raza and Raymond, who were able to answer all my concerns. We all know it takes time to provide excellent service on our cars and so they have made the wait area comfortable. You can watch TV or just plug in your computer and continue to work. Recently I found the wait too tiresome and like magic Jessica came to drive me home. A very capable chauffeur with a knowledge of the Montreal roads and traffic and a sense of humour to make your drive home a pleasure.
