" We met Matt Oszust and he was not what we expected. He was more down to earth and cared about our needs. He asked what we liked on the lot and what we needed in a truck. There were no sales tactics or pressure by Matt what so ever. He was very down to earth and to this day ( 2 years later ), he still texts just to see how we are. We went back in, in the spring to look at fifth wheels, we went straight to Matt and he passed us onto an rv sales guy, as Matt is not an rv guy. Above and beyond Thanks to Matts help we were able to get our wheel chair van conversion completed in Quebec saving us enough money we got the top of the line van and Thanks to Matts help we were able to get our wheel chair van conversion completed in Quebec saving us enough money we got the top of the line van and could afford more conversion options rather then getting what was available from the USA. I travel from out of town to purchase from Matt. He saved us 7000.00 from our local dealer. Matt has helped me get parts out of province that I was told were not available by getting them to use parts from the new vehicle lot and sending them replacements parts so I wouldn't loose work. Southside Dodge Red Deer Jesse Z did a good job with the sale, John in financing is where I have a issue. A $3800.00 life insurance policy was forced on my total sale that was Jesse Z did a good job with the sale, John in financing is where I have a issue. A $3800.00 life insurance policy was forced on my total sale that was never brought up until the signing of the papers. I asked John 3x if this was "MANDATORY" and was told yes 3x. After reviewing the paperwork with a friend in the auto sales business I discovered that it was not mandatory and had the policy cancelled before the 30day limit. I have bought 2 vehicles at Southside in the past 3 years and this last experience with John not Jesse has me questioning if I will return due to the Life Insurance policy being forced on to the loan. I checked yes to recommending the dealership based on the sale experience that Jesse provided but still have questionable feelings with financing portion of the sale.. More
