All representatives at this dealership provide courteous, professional service. The experience of buying a new car was simplified with their thourough explanations of all concerns ad questions that I had.
I bought a Santa Fe off a family friend and they had the dealer do all matience and repairs, so we took it there for a safety. The lady was rude in parts and services - said my car wasn't ready and to sit in the waiting area where she left me for 35mins then told me that there had to be repairs to pass safety and that she phoned me in the morning and got voicemail and that they went ahead and did the repairs to past safety. Which had to do with the Rear Brakes and Parking Brake - something I could have done else where for way less money if i so choose to do so. I asked when the car would be done - she said not for another 30mins. I said that i was going to leave since i was already waiting at this time 45mins and she said i couldn't until i paid. she got the bill ready and i was shocked at how much it was. and the fact THAT SHE DID NOT GET ANY VERBAL OR WRITTEN CONSENT TO PROCEED WITH THIS. I voiced my concern and she told me that I had to pay it or I would not get my car back and that they can put a lein on it. Being fluster and NOT knowing MY RIGHTS i stupidly paid for it so I could leave to get to my appointment i had schedule.
I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I'm so upset for being screwed over by a well known car dealership.
I will never purchase or own a Hyundai again after this one goes because of this experience.
