He answered all of our questions and more! He invited us to come over for a visit, he would be ready for us. We got there and were greeted by Saffi -- As pleasant in person as on the phone! He made our decision well-thought-out and reasonable. He took our Offer to someone? behind a closed door. We only met with Saffi, which in the end was fine with us. The Deal was accepted after a couple of back-and-forths. We were then introduced to Michaela (Business Office)-- she is the definition of efficiency. She clearly knew her job well, and made the entire process seem effortless! We picked up the 2017 Laramie Longhorn earlier today! It is a Sight, a Comfort, a great Deal, and an Effortless Process! brutal customer relations. "I am not asking for an explanation on how you are misunderstanding what was sent to you, my question was rhetoric. Really did not expect or want a reply/response." I would steer clear of this dealership. Although i am not privy to any internal follow up with employees, the responses i got from his superiors never address what i consider his poor customer interaction however given his last name, i wonder if he is related to the owners. I would be concerned with doing business with any company who has this sort of employee in any direct customer contact. **edit** I forgot to mention that I have used this dealership once to buy a vehicle and have been a loyal customer of their service since approx. 2003 which clearly further speaks volumes and i think may add more weight to the sincerity of my disgust with their customer service.
