Buyer Beware!! Broken used Jeep Buyer Beware!! I would strongly suggest going through a used car top to bottom, remove all pieces to a convertible soft top to ensure nothing is broke Buyer Beware!! I would strongly suggest going through a used car top to bottom, remove all pieces to a convertible soft top to ensure nothing is broken. After several attempts to get help from dealership in regards to: broken door frame for convertible soft top and missing wheel lock nut key, my questions are unanswered. Upon the actual sales the staff were friendly, however when telling me to come early to pick up Jeep, none of the paper work was ready and had to wait. The Jeep was clean and well looked after. Very disappointed in the after care and would not use this company again. Should of went to Bay King Motors. More

Outstanding customer service for a tourist with car trouble. Our family was away for the weekend on Feb 4, 2017 when our SUV started leaking oil and within minutes it stopped completely. It was Saturday and with Our family was away for the weekend on Feb 4, 2017 when our SUV started leaking oil and within minutes it stopped completely. It was Saturday and with not many garages open this dealership had us tow her vehicle here and looked at it. They determined it needed to be seen by another local dealership but not until the Monday morning. There was a broken seal between the transmission and the engine and the cost to repair was major. This dealership did all the legwork between the dealerships and even had our SUV taken there for us. They did this at no cost to us and never even hinted at a charge. We really appreciate what they did for us and would have had no idea what to do without them. We would gladly drive the 5 hours to buy a car from them. They went above and beyond for a family they had never even met. Thank you so much. More
