The absolute worst customer service experience ever! I bought my rogue here over 3 years ago, similar to others I had excellent service leading up to the purchase and less than acceptable afterwards. So I bought my rogue here over 3 years ago, similar to others I had excellent service leading up to the purchase and less than acceptable afterwards. So I haven't made a point of coming here often however since I am still under warranty for some parts I decided to give them my business yesterday which was a huge mistake on my part. The service rep Kayla was very helpful and once it was decided the repairs were going to take longer then expected she offered me a ride and confirmed several times staff are in the office until 9pm for me to pick my car up later that night (she was aware I had to get to Toronto that night as I had to work early this morning). I got a ride to the dealership later that night (8:50pm which I felt bad pushing it that late so I called several times which no one answered from 8:30 pm on) and the place was completely locked up, lights off, not a single soul around. I then searched the general managers name and number on white pages and called him at home. He proceeded to yell at me over the phone asking how I got his home number, asking me my name, and telling me this was not his problem! Exactly who might I take this issue up with then General Manager Mark McCarville? (ridiculous last name for a GM of a dealership btw, it's unfortunate that you're so bad at your job). He continued to aggressively yell at me, not once apologizing for the issue and eventually hung up on me. Which brings me to today, where I had to miss a day of work - Kayla greeted me in the service department and showed me to the Service Department Manger, Stu's office. I sat down calmly with Stu explaining the situation from start to finish which his response included the following: "you could have just rented a car" "can't you still just go into work when you get to Toronto?" "Doesn't your friend have a car?" "Getting here at 8:50pm is kind of pushing it" etc. Not once apologizing or taking ownership for his absentee staff or the poor behaviour of his GM (where were you for this meeting anyways Mark?). He then offered "to help out" with the bill, which was $243 (Nationwide had covered the majority) I declined, so he offered me a credit, I told him I would never be returning, so Stu told me he wouldn't give me my keys back. I just sat there in total shock with the treatment I was receiving. The people in this dealership are appalling, I'm in awe that this business is still functioning with management as ignorant and rude as Mark and Stu are. You two should be ashamed of your lack of respect for a customers time and safety. After further conversation with Stu, he eventually tossed my keys in front of me and said "ok perfect"...not exactly clarifying what he meant, but I took my keys and walked out. Thanks for nothing South London Nissan. I will be contacting Dale Downey Nissan for any further service. More
horrible customer service This dealership took forever to finalize all the paperwork. It took over a month from signing the papers to actually getting my car. After a few weeks This dealership took forever to finalize all the paperwork. It took over a month from signing the papers to actually getting my car. After a few weeks, we agreed on a date for pick up and my car was not ready for me. I was upset and they had they audacity to blame me for the delay. It was almost impossible to get a hold of the employee handling the finances. I would call multiple times and leave messages and never get a call back. Horrible dealership, I will never return. More

I emailed to enquired about coming to test drive with possiblity of purchase. A Manny Silva responded to me. I made him aware that i was from Kitchener so i would come on saturday afternoon he said great see you then. We made the trip saturday when we got there Manny was busy with another client and we were passed off on another sales man Andre who i have nothing bad to say about. We went outside to look for the car. I told Andre which car i had spoke to Manny about and was informed that they had sold this car 2 months prior. I get the impression this car is used to bait ppl in so they can try to pressure you into buying something else after they have lured you there. This happened over a month ago and still to this day the car is up on their site as being for sale. Wasted $40 in fuel and my day off work and for nothing. I thought id give these guys a chance to redeem after previous negative experiences only to have them drop the ball again!!! This place is junk Nissan Infiniti are great cars but this place is no good for anyone!!! More
Worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle Don't know where to begin with all the things that went wrong during my purchase of an Altima. I did a trade in and the proper amount was not given to me for my other vehicle so I was left with 2 car loans to pay for. When I went to pick the car up it wasn't the model I purchased and they just crossed out and initialed it on the contract and said that's what I had signed. Was 100% pressured into the purchase of this car and threatened legal action when I told them this was not the car I purchased. Horrible service and sales team. Like the Nissan brand but will be going somewhere else because of this experience. More
Absolute Garbage (Infiniti Service Review) Horrible staff. Very rude, god awful attitude, un-welcoming, condescending, no emotion, no smiles, no work ethic, no profess (Infiniti Service Review) Horrible staff. Very rude, god awful attitude, un-welcoming, condescending, no emotion, no smiles, no work ethic, no professionalism, under-staffed, very socially awkward and don't acknowledge your presence/arrival, ALWAYS trying to upsell or rip you off.... They don't call you when your car is finished, I always go find it done myself or they claim they 'attempted to PA me'. They tell you it'll take 1 hour on drop-off to avoid shuttling, but it always takes 1:45 to 2 hours. There is like one guy in the back doing all the work, clearly trying to cut costs. They (service) either hate all hate their job or the place is under-performing. Even the parts guy acts like a robot. Everyone just makes you very uncomfortable there. Its even worse on the phone (see below). They may have been good a long time ago (diff staff?), but recently they aren't cutting it, and this places needs a major overhaul (see recent reviews). Its a shame because Infiniti is great, and they have bush league dealerships like this running their name. Its funny because it seems the other departments/staff are nice and useful, but service is this place's downfall. Yesterday they claimed to fix a part (underbody splash guard) in my car, and charged me over 50$ for it without even asking me or telling me what they were going to do or if I wanted them to do it (I simply asked them to take a look at my splash guard, and suggested maybe removing it if it was damaged, as I felt it was causing noise from under my car) When home, and upon inspection it was clear they had not TOUCHED it, loose screws, missing screws, they were probably hoping I did not notice it for a while, and when I did I'd take it back for another 'repair'. Literally 50$ for maybe a 1 minute job of their thieving tech tightening the other screws is my guess. I wonder if they actually do the work they say they do when I go (oil changes etc..) Once you lose a customer's trust in this business, it is gone forever. My suggestion is to always check to make sure they did the job when you leave there, also check your engine bay and car for missing parts/tampering while you're at it! They are the definition of a STEALERSHIP. Never, ever going back again. If I have to I will drive to Kitchener instead. My previous experiences with them have been xxxx poor as well. No professionalism or respect by the staff, as long as Haynes and Purdy are there, this dealership will never have the prestige of an 'Infiniti' dealership, I'm shocked they are still there actually years later (especially Purdy). The job market must be thin. They need to learn from Inifnitis I've visited in Cambridge and Kitchener. Shame on you and shame on me that I've been going here since 2010. STEER CLEAR everyone, avoid like the plague, This was the final straw (I don't have time to type out the other 5 garbage encounters here). This place is dead to me. Do yourself a huge favor, and go to Dale Downie instead or drive to Cambridge/KW More
Charging for a 5 cent part - come on! Went in to get a little clip for the weather stripping which I lost. This is a 5 cent ost tot he dealer if that. The parts guy found one in what appeared to be a junk drawer and proceeded to charge me $1.30 for it. They have a right to charge, but come on guys. Where is your customer service. When I asked why he was charging for this little clip, while admitting that the mark up had to be enormous, it appeared that he was afraid to give the part away for fear of retribution from management. Must be a great place to work! More
Un Happy I bought my 2012 Nissan Murano at South London Nissan it took for ever to get it now calls on what was going on I kept calling my sales person still w I bought my 2012 Nissan Murano at South London Nissan it took for ever to get it now calls on what was going on I kept calling my sales person still working on it when it was finally ready on the day of pick up car look good was really happy to get it when I got in the suv to go over features it had the sales person said o we only have one key were still looking for the other one when we find it we will call you. Well you think I got a call no way I start calling weeks after I pick it up and was told still looking 3 weeks late I go to the dealer ship to see my sales person she took me over to management and they told me I got a good deal and would not provide me with another key I had to pay 500 to replace the missing key as it was push button start. So in my deal I got a couple of free oil changes so when I called my sales person had left and I told them I had 2 oil changes free of charge they ask me if it was written on the sales receipt I said no so they passed me to management they said sorry about your luck won't give me even on free one. They are just horrible there would not recommend them to anyone stay away. Walter More

HOLD ON was I not told the exhaust was fine pursuing me to purchase the car with a so called 60 point inspection ? 16 Days Later new ROTORs need to be put in which state of mind does a dealer not do anything about it, and words coming from the manager Adam mouth we didn't make enough to profit deal with it on your own then being completely ignored for 3 months.... Funny how before we purchase the car there looking desperate now it's me 12 reviews on here and 90 percent of them negative do something about it there a reason why 80 percent of your sales don't last here. Came out of town 100kms and handled most of the details by email so when arrived it was handled quickly. Don't like sitting waiting for stuff that could have been done ahead of time so file was ready and car plated. Been back numerous times for service. All good. Have sent two other family members here. Both Infiniti cars. All were treated well. Sales and service is good as it gets. More
