Bad customer service This is my third Toyota I have purchased and I have never had an issue with any of them. My only complaint is with the customer service I received fro This is my third Toyota I have purchased and I have never had an issue with any of them. My only complaint is with the customer service I received from them after I purchased my brand new vehicle from them. They made me leave a large deposit prior to bringing the vehicle in and after four weeks have still not refunded it. I have stopped in several times to speak with the finance manager but they were too busy. I have called at least 10 times and left several messages. When I finally received a call back ( after three weeks) I was assured it would be credited back within a few days. Now a week later and I still have not received the money they owe me. I tried to speak with the general manager but they would not put me through to them. I recommend Toyota. Just don't buy through this Toyota dealer. More

terrible experience with service and buying a vehicle , vehicle was dirty in side and out was told lies about the vehicle and was promised the sun moon and st experience with service and buying a vehicle , vehicle was dirty in side and out was told lies about the vehicle and was promised the sun moon and stars to in order to seal the deal and went back on everything they said when the papers were signed , i would never go to this dealership again and wouldn't buy as much as a balloon of them again More
