Great Service, Good Selection I went to icar because they had a large selection of the type I was looking for. Good customer service or so I thought We went to icar as our first stop of many on our car buying journey and found the service we received to be good. We dealt with sales associate Derek We went to icar as our first stop of many on our car buying journey and found the service we received to be good. We dealt with sales associate Derek Pugh and were happy with his approach until we purchased the vehicle and all that changed. He and his manager bragged that he had excellent aftercare service but we haven't seen any of that. We were told they would have our heated seats installed in 2-4 weeks and it is now 3 months later and he has been making excuses for their instalment to this day. Additionally he was obligated to switch the plates to my existing ones and it took over a two weeks and 3 times going to Service Ontario and having him forget that we were to meet there. Had it been once I could understand but it was 3 times? Both my wife and I will never purchase a vehicle there again and have already told our friends who were prospective buyers to avoid this dealership and will continue to tell of our poor experience to all our friends and family. We live in a small city where word gets around quickly and your word is still extremely important to your reputation. More
