I was searching for my dream vehicle when I had read some fabulous reviews about Mark Sugar. I was impressed immediately. I reached out to Mark letting him know that I needed guidance and he offered his assistance on the spot. Offered to meet me at anytime, anywhere to ensure I was getting the best "bang for my buck". More importantly, that I was making a wise investment. Mark dealt with me without any pressure. His complete candor and openness put me at ease. My intuition sensed I was in good hands. Funny how our bodies send us messages about our surroundings on a sub conscious level -- but they do! Mark worked hard to help me find what I was looking for. He listened carefully to my description of what my dream vehicle looked like. He took me through the process step by step which increased my confidence. Turns out, he brought my dream vehicle right to me! He had chosen this vehicle himself and brought it into the dealership. He knew I was the first person who needed to view it. He was right. I've slept well every night since my purchase so I know my instincts were right and my mind is at ease. I can't give enough thanks to Mark Sugar! I give him 5 stars! I will be returning to Mark Sugar for any future vehicle needs. I highly recommend anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle or who are just browsing around to go see Mark Sugar at Volkswagen Centre of Saskatoon! That's where you will find the key to your newest wisest investment like I did! More

Great team of sales people & staff From the moment I walked in the door at this dealership I was welcomed and felt comfortable. I dealt with Bill, he listened to what I was looking for, From the moment I walked in the door at this dealership I was welcomed and felt comfortable. I dealt with Bill, he listened to what I was looking for, gave me suggestions and advice. I also would like to mention, while Bill was busy crunching numbers for me with the manager, another salesman, Josh, was kindly willing to answer more of my questions & offer information and his expertise on vehicles. Bill was friendly, very happy and never pushy. I knew what I wanted and although the car I wanted wasn't on the lot, Bill reassured me I would have the car of my dreams in 7 days. In the meantime, I was loaned a beautiful white Jetta and as promised a week later my car was in. When I walked in to pick it up I was greeted at the door by many smiling faces which added to my excitement of arriving to pick up my "black beauty" waiting in the showroom. It was definitely worth the hour and a half drive to Saskatoon Volkswagon. Thank you all for the great experience. Hopefully, my Jetta highline will serve me well, meet my expectations and I'll have it for many, many years to come!!! More

Great Customer Service! Bill was friendly and knowledgable about VW. There was no pressure to ever purchase. I also loved how the dealership all worked together in answering my questions and celebrating my purchase. When I came to pick up my new car, I was greeted by many with a congratulations. It made me feel like it was okay to show my excitement when picking up my new car. Bill went through everything on the car with me (even connected my phone) and made sure I was comfortable before driving away. I have purchased 7 new cars in my life and this purchase experience was the best out of them all. Just before I drove away, all the staff came out to take a picture with me in my vehicle. I definitely felt like one of the VW family! More
