The truth be told that my claim was never denied and your dealership asked that I have my vehicle be removed immediately out of there so I did and paid out of my pocket. what I overheard janelle your phone receptionist say behind my back when she thought she had me on hold was a real shame and I can't believe they employ people like her! than Jamie emailed me the claim and no where it said denied I spoke to my adjuster and James was eager to get my info from sgi which he should of waited because they jus needed me to go Sign a couple of papers regardless I payed for my towing out of my pocket and you all Treated me like I was below you! I Took my vehicle elsewhere and it's being well taken care of but I can't believe how your employees treated me and their attitudes and unprofessionallism wow I don't know what more I can say but I really would never ever send a friend a accaquatince let alone my worst enemy to your dealership!

I would like to send u back my claim where Jamie circled and even she told me you guys do not like to deal with sgi! What does it matter now really I wanted my towing fees reimbursed and your manager was also rude to me! Is there a way I can email u what Jamie circled and emailed me saying that it meant denied when my adjuster in no way said that was what it meant at all! James from your mechanic department kept emailing sgi and asking for the claim when they still had a bit more info that needed to be taken care of!!! So do u have an email I can send u the claim that Jamie sent me saying you people hate desling with sgi!
