Worst customer service I think we have ever experienced . They sure are great at selling you a vehicle and extra warranty but you better hope you dont have any problems. We purchased our 2017 Santa Fe Sport less than a year ago, burning over a litre of oil every 500 km. We have done every test they have asked for . They say they are waiting to hear back from Hyundai canada......We have gotten nothing but the run around, no one call us back or if we do speak with someone , of course the service manager is not in . So no answers . This has been going on for 6 months . I do not recomend anyone purchasing from these guys . More

We were very happy with our service at north Hyundai. Our salesman Dylan was very courteous and helpful! We felt that was unfair since we weren’t the ones using the gas! We have never had to pay a fuel fee with car purchases from any other dealerships! I’ve been debating writing this review for awhile, mainly because I love the vehicle I purchased but the experience I had was absolutely awful. My first interaction with them was through email when mainly because I love the vehicle I purchased but the experience I had was absolutely awful. My first interaction with them was through email when I enquired about a vehicle, they got back to me and told me it was available, I had asked if the picture posted with the vehicle were the correct photos because they model in the pictures didn’t match the info in the description. By this I mean the pictures were of a newer model of a different class. I was assured they were the correct photos (they weren’t) I was also told I would get 1000 off the vehicle and clarified over the phone about this….ya they changed their minds after having it in writing and verbally agreed to me that I would. The lady who sold me the vehicle knew nothing about it, I asked a bunch of questions about the vehicle and what certain buttons did she had no clue or just gave very basic or incorrect answers. For example I had asked what sport and eco mode were and if it changed something in the engine or it saved on gas. Her reply was use eco in the city and sport on the highway. When i asked why she just repeated herself. I loved the vehicle and needed a new one so I did purchase it, I live out of town and they told me they could deliver it to me. It was nearing the holidays so we double checked a few times to make sure this was doable, i was told it absolutely was and they assured me it will be delivered tomorrow. Tomorrow came and late afternoon they phoned saying they didn’t have anyone to deliver and I would have to pick it up, but we have to come now because they are closing soon. So I picked up the vehicle, they told me they cleaned it but it was the exact same as the day before when I drove and their were still white lines in the back, even found garbage in between the seats a couple days later. I asked if they could replace the air filters because they looked a bit dirty the mechanic looked and said “eh it’s fine they should last a bit longer”. I get the car home and find a ton of personal information in the glove box from the previous owner. Full name, address, DOB, medical info and prescription records and we’ll as things she had done when she had the vehicle. I couple month later I go to plug in my car for the first time and notice the cord they gave was broken and one of the prongs was missing. When I contacted them they wouldn’t replace it for me. Overall, I actively go out of my way to tell people not to shop here. More
