Excellent Service, Awesome People I want to thank Spencer Boyenko and his excellent team for the fantastic service that they have provided to me. My car's front light had a small prob I want to thank Spencer Boyenko and his excellent team for the fantastic service that they have provided to me. My car's front light had a small problem, and I was supposed to bring the car to the dealership to fix it but, due to an accident I broke my arm and I was not able to drive anymore. So I called the service dept to cancel my appointment, but Spencer went above and beyond and sent someone to take the car from my place to fix it and bring it back again. When I got my car back, not only the problem was fixed, but the car was thoroughly washed inside and out. Thank you, Spencer I appreciate what you and your team have done for me, I have always had good experiences with the Hyundai North, but this service convinced me to recommend everyone to choose North Hyundai dealership if they are looking for individual care and service. Show me the vehicle first! Not a pleasant experience dealing with Mr. Walid Hussan for several reasons. We came into the dealership to SEE two vehicles which we found on the web Not a pleasant experience dealing with Mr. Walid Hussan for several reasons. We came into the dealership to SEE two vehicles which we found on the web. However, Mr. Hussan is more worried about the financial aspect of the deal and denied us taking a look at the vehicles. We spent 30 minutes filling out a form at the beginning so the dealership can have a rough idea of whether we are financially equiped to buy a vehicle. We provided an estimate of how much we can budget. Leaving that aside as customary, Mr. Hussan starts doing financial calculations which is compeltely unnecessary because we havent zeroed in on a vehicle! Then he recommends another vehicle that fits in our budget requirements and kept insisting on that vehicle despite our no. Mr. Hussan we understand that you are a sales manager and are solely concerned on selling the vehicle with as much mark up and profit as possible, but you are severely disregarding the CUSTOMER. To everyone out there please give it a thought before dealing with Mr. Hussan. More

Surprisingly Good Experience Tom Boldick did a great job. He really listened to our wants and concerns. I have not shopped for a vehicle at a dealership in over 20 yrs, it is not Tom Boldick did a great job. He really listened to our wants and concerns. He made it very painless and I am happy with the purchase(which I didn't think was possible when I walked in). I was also very impressed that he went over every button and fully explained each ones function, even synced my phone before we drove away. Rayana was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She processed the financial part of it very efficiently. They both stayed after hours. Our visit was a service call that turned into a purchase. More

Had to have my 2017 elantra towed to hyundai on a friday because the command start had immobilized my car and my breaks were completely locked down, c Had to have my 2017 elantra towed to hyundai on a friday because the command start had immobilized my car and my breaks were completely locked down, could not even put the car in neutral, it took them a day before they even called me about my car and told me nobody would look at it till Monday. no replacement car or anything. On Monday they called me and informed me the car was fine but needed an additional amount of work equaling out to 1300, and that if I agreed to do over $800 of work on a brand new car they would give me a $390 new car battery replacement which they said they suspected was the reason my brakes were locking, When I questioned what my car battery would have to do with my brakes locking they treated me like I was stupid and told me my car needs all of this servicing done to get it working. I declined obviously, my car was towed for the brakes and command start specifically, which they never fixed and spent less then an hour diagnosing, they said everything came back fine and charged me for the diagnosing.. when I questioned them about letting an 8 month pregnant woman leave with brakes locking up, they said yeah, they weren't going to do anything about it. I left with a $350 bill for an oil change and diagnostic oh and $25 charge for 'shop supplies' so greatful I never signed off on these crooks doing anymore work on my car. I've been in touch with Hyundai Canada who assures me this is not how they conduct business and seem to be taking it alot more seriously, still wont ever buy another hyundai. More

I've gotten calls and emails time to time from service to sales. I've had an engine cover installed one time cause it was broken however, they told me one of my tires is leaking and I need to change it. "Good thing they had a promo for $99"~ as per service. Looks like I always have problems everytime I go there. Also, when I answered the survey they emailed me, no one reached out to help. I don't usually complain but I feel like all they care is money and not about helping the customers. You should explain why you are offering such. ALWAYS compare prices before you say YES to their offers. More
