Parts counter attendants need customer service training.

I have purchased my last 2 new vehicles at this dealer. My sales man (Bob) is top notch. However, I have never had a good experience with the parts department. Every time I have contacted parts, the customer service is sub par. My most recent call to the parts department was to obtain pricing on tires and rims for my 2018 Camry Hybrid XLE. I stated that I was looking to purchase 4 18" steel rims, 4 Michelin Premier tires and 4 tire pressure sensors. The guy who took my call was quick to tell me that Toyota does not make 18" steel rims. Yet he neglected to offer me after market rims. You would think that the guy would have tried, even just a little bit, to assist me with what I was looking to purchase. In fact, after informing me that Toyota doesn't make 18" steel rims, he never said anything else. Thanks for nothing. I went to another dealership, whom gave me options for what I wanted and yesterday I spent 2300 on rims/tires/sensors. That sale could have been Saint John Toyota's, to bad, I will never buy parts from this location again. And I am seriously considering getting a new Tundra from Moncton, since Saint John cant provide and all around good customer service experience.
