- HMckellaI had a great experience at Nissan in Saint John. Great staff, fast service and they provided me with a drive to/from anywhere I needed to go. Friendly staff and an overall great experience. Thank you! Will definitely be back next time my car requires service :).

- MagooThe staff I encountered while looking at the suv rogue were very friendly and enthusiastic as they promoted and showed their vehicle. Sales associate Zach McAdam was good at explaining the numerous features of the vechicle and was able to answer all my questions.

- Wayne StewartI make an appointment they go over my vehicle let me know in writing. I make a decision on what I can afford at the time and what is crucial. They give me a drive to where I might want to go. Pick me back up no problem job is done. I had a salesman steal $500.00 from me once but they did the right thing and fired him. This is my 6th Nissan

- joeI purchased a new to me car. Less then one month later I had an issue that could of been corrected for approximately $200.00. I contacted the dealer and they outright refused to help me. They told me I purchased the car as is where is. They were very eager to take my money when I bought the car, but that's as far as it went. Over $200.00 Saint John Nissan lost a customer for life. Extremely disappointed and discouraged. Not a happy customer.

- Never again NissanAfter having owned 2 Nissan Xterra's I will never own another Nissan product. Not because of the vehicle but because I would have to deal with Saint John Nissan for service. Not 1 single time have I gone there (out of several) that I have had (in my mind) acceptable results. Rims have been scratched multiple times when tires were replaced. I was originally to be held accountable for a tire pressure sensor broken because I took the leaky tire to another company (it was leaky for a reason). The 3 times I have taken it in for MVI the service department failed the inspection all 3 times for various reasons including this most recent; MVI was failed for worn brakes and rotors. I owned a previous Xterra for 6 years and never had them fail or replaced. I never felt any hopping or anything at all that would indicate rotor issues, only 50,000km. After shelling out $800 for new front brakes and rotors the vehicle developed a noise coming from the brakes. The inspection results are that I need to install brake shims. My question is why would I be accountable to pay for this after shelling out 800 dollars and the fact the problem never existed before paying for this work. **Coincidentally while paying for the rotor/brake work, another customer was told he had to replace his rotors and I overheard this customer indicate that his rotors were replaced less than 2 years prior. Coincidence I am sure. Saint John Nissan will never receive another dime from me, including thee purchase of a new vehicle. Total shame since I do like the vehicle itself. I make it a point to share my experiences with everyone I talk to.
