For first person experiences: Rogers Motors is an AMAZING place. Unlike others it is a family owned and operated dealer full of great people. From the moment you step into their place you are treated as part of the family. As my whole family lives in Mississauga, we had visited a few dealers closer to home before we were directed to Rogers Motors. And since that moment, all the others don't even exist. Not even an option. The first car we bought from them was a Nissan Rogue and we couldn't even tell that it was used. It was undamaged, clean and perfect. Comparing the prices we didn't even need to negotiate anything down from the price. Everyone at Rogers is HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE. They do not try to hard sell people at all. Honest, straight-forward, kind, and they don't sell garbage cars that have been re-done to look nice. Rifaat explained the complete history of my car and answered my questions about its condition, reliability and maintenance. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to cars. Matt helped me choose and test drive the right car for my needs and completed all the work for the purchase. Mike helped with arranging a new stereo deck upgrade for me. Matt and Mike even stayed late on a rainy day when I was late to pick up the car. Rey made sure the whole purchase process was made smooth and easy for me. Always there by phone to answer all my questions. Cuba (mechanic) replaced the rusty license plate screws off my old car free of charge. The price for my car was fair to start with and this eliminated all the haggling and sleezy tactics I've experienced elsewhere. They had nothing to hide. Overall these guys are top notch and their product is too. You will save time by going with them and they stand behind their product. Decided to write this because the satisfaction I am getting from my vehicle is beyond just word of mouth appreciation. Ever since I took this vehicle out of Rogers garage, it's been wow for me all through. Very smooth ride, clean interior and exterior, all the premium features are very functional, changed the factory tyres to new though would have loved to get the original tyres back as spares. The financial transaction and paper work were all very stressfree. Matt is my darling. He does not treat you like a customer, he treats and sees you as a friend for continuity. He is very respectful, humble and well mannered. I didn't get to interact much with Ray and other family members but the little chat I had with them, I knew I would be with them for a very long time. They are all very down to earth in dealing with people not only customers. That is their passion. (Respect humanity. Treat everyone alike regardless.) Above all, they put God first in all they do.
