Some are chatty, some will make you feel intimidated and some are just being a sales people. But when we visited Rogers Motors, which my fiancé found on internet, I instantly felt something different. The place does not feel like you are in a dealership, where it is very overwhelming and people will only get your attention almost instantly to offer you their products. I find the people in Rogers Motors very friendly and no pressure sales. They are very accommodating but yet "you get all the time in the world to decide" kind of feeling. When we looked at some cars and got all the details, we were not sure if we were able to decide right away. We waited for a month or two and when we came back we finally made a decision and was glad we waited because we got the exact car we were looking for. I was happy with the offer and for what I got. I would say "worth waiting for!". I am also happy the way they are very helpful and understanding with your financial situation. I definitely will recommend this dealership with all those who are looking for a car and with the people who are easy and friendly to deal with. I would like to take this opportunity again to the 3 brothers, for their very high standard knowledge with automobiles. Very helpful, friendly and approachable people. I visited a lot of dealers in our area when searching for a car. Some were pushy, other made me feel rushed and like they had no time for me to think I visited a lot of dealers in our area when searching for a car. I metwhat i thought were some rather sketchy characters as well. Rogers Motors was reccomended to us by a friend. I was impressed with their kind and professional attitudes. They offer services no other dealership offered as well! Ray went out of his way to correspond by email to make things easier (I work nights) kept us well informed and found a car within my budget, meeting our requirements almost immediately. I purchased a car and feel very happy with my purchase and confident in the fact that they really cared about what i bought too. I will absolutely reccomend them to my friends and colleagues. I have to tell you they are the friendliest and most honest sales consultants I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. We will be buying all of our future vehicles from these guys. More

Roger is very customer oriented and does not hesitate to jump in to help out and satisfy your needs. Matt is also pleasant as he is the person I spoke to on the phone. Ray took me for a test drive and again was sweet as pie. My husband, our friend and I all bought cars from them and we're all very pleased with the outcome. So, with trepidation, I set out with him to find a new car/SUV to suit our family's requirements for this new chapter of our life. We had been shopping and test driving various vehicles in the area, but nothing was truly resonating with us...either with the vehicles or the dealerships' people. We found a 2012 Subaru Outback online at Rogers Motors and thought, what the heck, it might work for us. We already own an Outback, and the newer model looks really great. We are so glad we went! Mathew was knowledgeable, and asked good questions about our preferences and needs, so we already felt confident about the vehicle, its condition and price, and with him before we test drove. Mat helped keep the process of buying simple (and fun! Can you believe it? We appreciate humour, a lot, and he has it in spades, but don't tell him I said so!) and answered all of our questions, sometimes before we even asked them. Now, having just brought our new (to us) Outback home, we love that this experience is something we can proudly share with our friends. More

I love my car and the process of purchasing it was fun :) I bought a car from Rogers Motor about a month ago and I waited a while before writing the review to see just how much I would love my car -- normally I bought a car from Rogers Motor about a month ago and I waited a while before writing the review to see just how much I would love my car -- normally that wouldn't have entered so much into the equation, it's more about the service and experience, but In this case I ended up buying that particular vehicle after having test-driven a couple of cars and discussed what I liked and didn't like About them and then Matt suggested this one for me... I test-drove it and yes, fell in love with the car and it's still a passionate love affair... Actually I like it even more as time goes by.... I will definitely be bringing the car back to them for servicing and I'm hoping for the same friendly/fun/high quality service... It's not just that I ended up with a great car that I love (so far anyway) but that the process was fun and I enjoyed dealing with them :) I went there because of the cars they carried but also because of reviews I read...
