SHOP AROUND I went in to buy a 2017 Renegade with a trade in. The salesman Rob was great but the Sales manager Tom Marchant was way too greedy. Low balled the t I went in to buy a 2017 Renegade with a trade in. The salesman Rob was great but the Sales manager Tom Marchant was way too greedy. Low balled the tradein by a ridiculous amount. I guess he doesn't realize people do their own research. I found the exact same Renegade at another dealership in BC for a better price then he was offering and they also gave me $3000 more dollars for my trade in sight unseen. They also shipped up the Renegade the next day and picked up the trade in from my home and transported in back. At no extra cost!!!! By calling around I saved over 4000 dollars compared to what Tom was offering. Do not go to this place for a vehicle if you expect a fair price!!!! More

We didn't feel any pressure, and genuinely had a good time with Ernie - he's a fun guy! We made the purchase at our pace, and Ernie got his sales manager to meet the price I'd brought in from online. They told me they did a wheel alignment which is "free" apparently....then why do other places charge roughly $30 for that service hmmmmm. I have a Honda CR-V which takes synthetic as well and am charged around $80 for just the oil change and $130 w/ tire alignment. More

Went home that evening and researched prices and found they were about $2000 less than other dealers advertised prices. Texted Ernie that evening and he went in on his day off to make the deal. Service department did an excellent job detailing the truck. Only issue we had was setting the payment schedule which I think was an oversight by both parties. I would recommend this dealership. Refused to extend any discount or consider what the other quotes on the work were. We had the jeep towed out of their shop and had the work done at another local dealership for half the amount Rivershore tried to charge. Now here's the best part... They invoiced us for $50 for time and trouble having our jeep sit at their dealership before I had it towed out. They did nothing. I received harassing phone calls and emails on the unpaid invoice. were not going to pay a hostage fee. End result is this dealership is so crooked they put a lien on the vehicle for $50! I will be taking them to small claims when I get a chance as its plainly the service manager trying to make a point without considering legality. Their wake up call is coming. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! More

Things were going well until Tom one of the sales Managers came over and "tried to seal the deal" by really pushing us to make a deal without any time to consider the deal presented to us. If it was not for Art we would have taken our business to another dealer simply due to Tom's arrogant nature and being way to pushy. Tom may sell trucks and cars every day so for him it is just another day at the office but it is not every day we purchase a brand new truck. More

He contacted me when a trade came in and it was exactly what I wanted. The asking price for the truck was very reasonable and I was given a good vaue for my trade-in. When I picked the truck up the fuel tank and DEF tanks were full and an oil change had been done. I just finished a 3500 km trip and averaged 11.1 l/100 kms (25.5 mpg). This is the third vehicle i have bought through Rivershore and i have found Art and Cody excellent to deal with. More
