Easy Day I have purchased many vehicles over the years and it's not a task I enjoy. Buying a vehicle can leave a person feeling like you paid to much ,never go I have purchased many vehicles over the years and it's not a task I enjoy. Buying a vehicle can leave a person feeling like you paid to much ,never got what you wanted or just a bad feeling in your stomach. For myself buying a new truck was a big investment and I had been to 6 other dealerships in winnipeg. I knew what I wanted and what I wanted to pay but when I went into Rivercity I'm sure I was not feeling very optimistic. A young salesman came up to help me and I thought great, where's your Dad.....a couple of hours later I drove my new truck home. Best purchase experience of my 56 years. Thanks Darren Lusty. More

Darren listened to my questions and gave me good information with which I made my decision and I have not been sorry for one moment. I purchased my Ford Escape late a November and love it. I love the car and I am a big fan of Darren Lusty as well as River City Ford for putting me the customer first.. Sales experience I was in the market for a new vehicle. I started out at the dealership where I purchased my last vehicle. Unfortunately - no one in the showroom see I was in the market for a new vehicle. I started out at the dealership where I purchased my last vehicle. Unfortunately - no one in the showroom seemed to notice I was there. As a female, shopping for cars has always been a challenge, unless I had a male companion. I abandoned the prospect of brand loyalty and was convinced I should switch to Ford. I deliberately went to River City Ford alone. I was greeted on the steps of the dealership by Daren Lusty who proceeded to discuss my needs and provide information. I didn't have to stand around seeking a sales rep. It was very refreshing. I bought a Ford Escape - partly because of that vehicle which suited my needs but also because of my sales experience. When Daren wasn't readily available during one of my visits, one of his co-workers quickly stepped in and assisted. I was impressed with the teamwork. I would recommend Daren to anyone who is looking for a vehicle - I believe he is genuinely interested in the needs of the customer. More
