Shortly after purchasing a brand new 2015 F-150 from River City Ford (under 5,000km) , the upholstery on the front passenger seat stated to come apart Shortly after purchasing a brand new 2015 F-150 from River City Ford (under 5,000km) , the upholstery on the front passenger seat stated to come apart. River City Ford then took pictures and sent them to Ford Canada for a warranty claim which was denied stating that they felt the seat came apart because it was “snagged”. You can clearly tell it was not snagged when looking at in person. Even though Ford Canada denied the claim, River City Ford decided to have the seat repaired at their expense! Great customer service and would highly recommend this dealership. Thanks River City Ford! More

Above and beyond expectations My salesperson, Darren at River City Ford, had someone pick me up from work and take me to the dealer to view their selection as my wife was using m My salesperson, Darren at River City Ford, had someone pick me up from work and take me to the dealer to view their selection as my wife was using my van. He was up front about the vehicle price. He was also very accommodating with my options to acquire an out of province vehicle . He was very patient as I am admittedly a difficult customer. Darren and the whole dealership seemed genuinely interested in finding a deal I would be happy with and that suited me. Their price was competitive and reasonable. I was unable to pick up my vehicle once it was ready and Darren personally delivered the vehicle to me. Darren has restored my trust in car salespeople. Over all it has been a very good experience dealing with Darren and River City Ford. More

Everybody is very friendly and made sure my kids were happy with balloons and popcorn. I had been looking for a Dodge van for a couple of years now and I am happy I found one within my budget. Before buying, when I had questions about the vehicle and Tom didn't personally know the answer Tom reached out on the phone to a Dodge dealer to get the correct information for me-leading me to buy the vehicle because I had piece of mind about what I was buying.
