Simply, my appointment was made for 9:30, I arrived at time given, parked in behind one car, before I left asked Susie how long before I come back, she claimed once in shop one and half hours. I waited and waited and called to ask status of my car, she replies, the shop closes at 5:30 and quick service at 6:00, she would call me. Yes at 5:30. Why not schedule me accordingly? I felt invisible.
