My young son had a shady salesman sell him a vehicle that he couldn't afford. The only income my son had was Cerb. They wrote on the application that he was an assistant manager at a london drugs he never ev he couldn't afford. The only income my son had was Cerb. Apparently this salesman doesn't work there anymore but it's a Shady place. Stay clear!!! More

SUCKED BIG TIME!!! Upon getting a quote for a new Mazda 3 I asked for a block heater as part of the quote. When I received the quote the wanted $650.00 for a $215.00 part. When I asked why so much I was told this is what our service dept charges. $435.00 for labour???????????????? Also the car I wanted was at another dealership and they want $1000.00 to bring it to GP. Questioned that also. I called 2 other dealerships and was told they just throw in the BH and the other said $220.00 if installed after the purchase part and labour. Gave them another chance at a re quote now they want $255.00 for the BH and no charge for the shipping. Total Scam from start to finish... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! Why would any sales person loose a sale over such a obvious and blatant way to line their pockets why a buyers hard earned money. they lost this sale and any other sale in the future as I BUY NEW EVERY 3-4 YEARS Needless to say I went else where to purchase a Mazda and got way more car for much less!!! The sad thing about it is I really wantED to buy the car from them as it was more convenient. More

Iwent there to get the co-signer off of my car, they wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion with wanted me to buy a new one so we compared the prices and i declined Because my boyfriend was not with me and i did not want to make that decsion without him there,then the acting manager for that day came in and was explaining the differences my mom who was with me told him that we were not there to buy a new car we were there to take the co-signer off, well then the acting manager started to argue and be rude with my mom so she left. Then Arty started to pressure me again i told 3 more times that i was not interested and he told me i was making a wrong decision, so i said i don't appricate how we were being treated and he says that we were being rude first ansd i replied why because i said no! He then started to yell at me slaming his hands on his desk then he got up and walked towards the door and yelled "You can just F%$k Off!!" I have never been treated so horribly in my life and if thats the way they treat there customers i want nothing to do with them and i will NEVER recommend them to anyone!! xxxx As far as i am concerned!! Went in to buy 2 new vehicles, took 3 different vehicles for a test drive. Asked for a price on two of them, 2 days and 8 hours in the dealership I finally got a price on the vehicle, but no details of wha for a test drive. So what is included in the vehicles, what options and why is the price higher than the internet site for Mazda. "After you sign the sales contract we will go through the vehicles with you." NO way, I asked for a break down of the price and what features were included. Again I am told after you buy we go through all of that with you. I again said no I want the details before I buy anything. I was told if I don't like it I don't have to buy from them. No problem bought 2 Hyundai vehicles in 2 hours after days of screwing around with these bozo's. More
