It had been 16 years since I bought a new car so I was a little nervous heading into the dealership. It is quite clear he is a car enthusiast as he thoroughly explained the features of the new TLX I was interested in. From there, we met Steve, who was like dealing with an old buddy. He was honest about what he could do, clearly laid out purchase options, and provided some useful industry insights. A few days later, I made up my mind. I loved the car and the guys were fantastic, so went in and worked with the finance manager Devin, also very helpful. Devin provided an extremely smooth transaction. Mamnoon prepared a surprise presentation of the car, fully detailed with a congratulations plaque and a red bow. Wow! Truly one of the most special moments I've had, that is for sure. More
