I've called Wednesday, Spoke to sales rep who said you have to wait we will call you. Thursday called the finance officer at Honda named Nolan who said he would call me right back. No call back. Today is October.21st and Acura is still not returning my calls. We were looking at purchasing a used MDX but after this absolutely unacceptable experience i won't give them a cent. How can you tie up thousands of dollars and ghost a customer for a week? All of these paid reviews are bogus. Acura/Honda do not care about their customers More
