While outside he showed us similar trucks that were available but we were not there for them. My husband asked Rick how much the new 2017 Tacoma would cost us and he invited us to go in and showed us the prices. He was very accommodating and attentive to our questions. He spent time in listening to my husband's questions and he provided all information re the truck. He is very honest and this is one aspect that swayed our decision to buy from the dealership. Both him and Mike McGuigan, his manager were not pushy. We never felt pressured as compared to our previous experience when we bought our 2012 Highlander. It is refreshing to know this dealership exist. We decided to buy a Tacoma from Rick with the help of Mike who gave us a very good offer. The deal was done seamlessly. Rick was in constant contact with my husband giving him update on the schedule delivery of the truck. They did the rest of the transaction through phone. The next time we went back was to pick up the truck. We have had the truck for over a month now and are enjoying it very much. I looked at a couple of your excellent used vehicles, drove the 2012 Corolla, and bought it. It was enjoyable and fast!
