Very thorough!!! Brought my 2018 Silverado in for a second opinion on why it wouldn't start. I was very impressed with how thorough they were trying to find out the ca Brought my 2018 Silverado in for a second opinion on why it wouldn't start. I was very impressed with how thorough they were trying to find out the cause! While they weren't able to diagnose the issue....they went so far beyond what was done at the first dealership. The first dealership only looked at the battery/load test and sent me on my way. But, Reaume not only did the battery load test, but they also looked at 3 or 4 other things that could potentially have caused the issue. As frustrated as I may be with the unknown of why it's wasn't starting....I am very satisfied with some peace of mind that Reaume went many extra miles in an effort to try and diagnose the problem!!! That's customer service!!!! More
