During the purchase, the dealership explained the transmission warranty but failed to inform me about the history of reported CVT transmission problems affecting certain Nissan vehicles. I discovered these concerns only after purchasing my vehicle. I believe this was important information that should have been discussed openly, particularly when making a significant long-term financial commitment. Furthermore, after reviewing my purchase and financing documents, I repeatedly requested a detailed breakdown of the charges. Despite multiple written requests, the dealership failed to provide satisfactory explanations. Instead, I was told to visit in person for identity verification, without being offered a practical remote alternative. I find this lack of transparency, accountability and after-sales customer support deeply disappointing. Customers deserve honest information about vehicle reliability, transparent pricing and clear explanations of financial documents. I expected much better from an authorized Nissan dealership. More

My daughter is interested in a used car from this dealership. I filled out the form online and a salesperson called me. He asked about biweekly payments and said they would be similar only for 7 years instead of a shorter term. I did not mention what kind of payments she was looking for, as I already knew they would try and upsell her for a longer time at the same payment. I have had 4 calls now, no one wants to discuss the car she would like to buy, they keep trying to sell other vehicles. They are not listening and I’m very frustrated. I question if they even have the 2016 for sale or if they use that as a hook to get calls and then convince people to buy a new car for the same payments. I did tell the last caller thatI had better not get another call unless it’s about the car she is interested in. They are not at all listening and being respectful of what I’m saying. More

Rallye Nissan sold me a lemon that I owned for 14 days and had a serious mechanical breakdown within 1000km. I asked the dealership to check concerning sound when I bought it. When my family was stranded 3 hours away, and broke down, Rallye told me they wouldnt do anything for me because I didn't purchase an extended warranty. These guys are the biggest scam artists in the business. In the end, they robbed me of the hitch I installed on the vehicle that cost me $700. They wanted to charge me over $500 for labor to have it removed after they took the vehicle back. They didn't cover any incidentals for my family when they were stranded either. Stay far away from Rallye motors all together More
