Brought my car in to fix a front end noise and when they gave me back my car, it had the same noise I brought it in for. Thinking something was wrong or work not carried out correctly I contacted the servic gave me back my car, it had the same noise I brought it in for. Thinking something was wrong or work not carried out correctly I contacted the service department and stated that the noise is still there and it didn’t fix anything by doing the repair they suggested and carried out. Their response to my claim that it wasn’t fixed was, these things take several try’s to fix and that it will need to go in again and there nothing they can do because they carried out the work as quoted. My real argument here being that they misdiagnosed and charged me to fix a problem that clearly wasn’t the problem. I called and complained about not fixing the problem and that they misdiagnosed the problem and that I wanted a refund on the lack of their initial diagnostics or a break on the bill where they replaced something that wasn’t the problem at all . I was then told if I didn’t like their service than to take my business elsewhere. Not even a glint of trying to rectify that my cars problem wasn’t fixed. Also while talking to them they had the nerve to say I was one step closer to fixing my problem. Also the childish laughing about my situation on the other end of the phone was not helping in my experience with this dealership. Long story short don’t deal with these folks who don’t put you first. I’m going to another dealership to get a correct diagnosis of the problem and have it properly repaired by a competent service department as they have stated to try somewhere else. Unbelievable con artists over there at Racicot Chrysler. Hey I should be happy! I’m one step closer to fixing my car! Right…… More

Dropped in to ask them if there were any models of Ram available with certain options. I was told I would have to leave a deposit for them to have a look. We retired and moved home to Amherstburg. I made an appointment with the service manager to discuss service with Racicot. Amazing individual (Ava), very supportive, listened to past concerns and arranged for me to meet with a tech she felt would be a good match for an old guy like myself. Pauline in service reception is also just amazing and always ready to provide support. The technician Wayne is above thorough, professional and always accessible to speak with. It has been two years now and I would recommend the dealership and staff to anyone who is looking for a great group of people interested in doing the best they can for there clients. The have kept that smaller community culture where you can ask questions (not just about the weather ) and have your concerns investigated. More
