Run Run Rudolph ! Never Going to Make it to Town ! Dealership has the consumate salesman and knows how to double speak well. Went in for first vehicle and good thing we crawled under it to check ou Dealership has the consumate salesman and knows how to double speak well. Went in for first vehicle and good thing we crawled under it to check out the drive system....leaking and yet no issues according to dealer.....made up story inspection report was not available and would send it out to us (by the other comments sounds like most everyone gets this story).....good thing we went back and checked the drive line system by test drive and when it sounded like a old blender crushing ice going through shifts / transitions the dealer was quick to get us on our way when we called them on it ....said he would get back to us after a repeat inspection ...well still waiting and many days later.... crickets ...chirp chirp....no inspection report, no call, no emails and we feel sorry for the next poor soul who comes in for this vehicle and misses the obvious checks.... it was a big fat Turnip !!! Great Experience! I was initially just browsing for a vehicle to trade in my old one for. But after seeing all the good vehicles, with all their documentation, I immed I was initially just browsing for a vehicle to trade in my old one for. But after seeing all the good vehicles, with all their documentation, I immediately found a couple vehicles that I could see myself in. Peter came over, asked if I needed any help or information, and said if I did, to come find him and enjoy myself browsing. No pressure. No pestering. No "in your face sales person". I was shocked, surprised, and extremely glad that this was the case. I felt at ease browsing the lot. After I decided on couple SUVs to test drive, I went to Peter and asked for the specs, documentation, and if I could test drive my choices. He gave me the papers, and the keys and said go have fun. So I did. I came back and drove a couple more and decided on a Jeep. I explained my situation and that I wanted to trade in a vehicle. He was understanding and gave me a great price for my trade in. I asked to take the "new" vehicle for an inspection and Peter was more than understanding and had no issue with it. I told him the issues that the mechanic found and he let me know that they would take care of it. Peter made sure I was happy with my purchase and the process.
