Ordered a GT4 for which I understand cannot negotiate a discount, however the delivery process was poorly managed and executed by the dealership. I was expecting to get showered with accessories on the day of delivery only to find out they did not think it was necessary. I was told by my salesman, "I got you a GT4" as if it was a favour and that I should not be expecting any more indirectly. I understand that the GT4 is a limited production car however, the limitation does not apply to customer service and delivery process. On the day of my delivery, I signed the papers and got a $100 gift card. As a buyer of many German luxury brands, my expectations are to be showered with accessories or other types of souvenir to remind me what Porsche as a brand stands for and Porsche of Oakville disappointed me multiple times. I had sent various email to Ajeet and Francesco on this experience only to realize, they simply don't care. In the past, we sent many customers to Porsche of Oakville but after realizing that the people working there have become, I will be discouraging many of my friends from ever going here. Porsche as a brand still exceeds my expectations, however Porsche of Oakville is another story. I will be taking my business to pfaff instead, going forward. Nice work Mr.Kapila. just another example of a stuck up salesperson who adopts the arrogance of the product he supposed to sell. Porsche take a page out of BMWs business strategy and hire individuals who are grounded and motivated to sell, not sit on their laurels and esteem conceit based on brand arrogance. Perhaps this is simply a problem with Ajeet, but from a systemic point of view it's simply a typical "snotty" attitude of xxxx poor salesman, because really at the end of the day that's what you are, a salesman. I spoke to all @ the dealership including GM & later the head office and then to Porsche N.A but to no avail!!! these are xxxxx who want you to throw your hard earned money on their 2 for 1 suits while acknowledging their egocentric attitude....everyone knows who and where that huff and puff is coming from....mine and other.customers hard earned dollars!!! My advice.....stay away and don't be fooled by these positive reviews and their logo ADVICE: Always research on multiple sites and call and talk to others who have dealt with such a dealer .....hopefully some day my tax dollors will work to protect me and make me feel safe where I live....The irony is that the laws are protecting them and if i have an issue, I have to go to court to prove it......why so much inequality?
