Awesome Customer Service Last year I purchased an Edge, it was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sheldon Hill, no pre Last year I purchased an Edge, it was my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sheldon Hill, no pressure selling, asked all the right questions. Today I am enjoying the experience and enjoyment of owning a Ford product and not regretting the choice I made to purchase my vehicle. Today, I was getting my new tires put on my vehicle, there was a mix up with the bolts that I had purchased from another company (wrong size) and Ed in service let me know and helped resolve the situation. Customer service is across the board from finance to getting your vehicle serviced. Everyone is helpful and treats you with respect. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle, then come here.... @PlazaFord, you won't be disappointed! More
