When we purchased our Optima the sales team went out of their way to make sure I got the one I wanted. With our Sorento, they were able to make it such an easy experience and they even played with our kids while my husband and I were signing paperwork. I would definitely recommend the service at Planet Kia to everyone; they sure make you feel like family. More

Thats not how it works. I'm not going to have a salesperson do all the work of putting together a deal then walk out on him/her just to have it matched by somone who did not do anything to earn the deal. Terrible Worst vehicle buying experience of my life. I strongly recommend going somewhere else. First of all, they were terrible about working with me to get what I wanted. When we finally agreed on a vehicle, Frank, the finance guy, added 10 grand in extra warranties without telling me. When I went to sign for the vehicle and told them I did not want the extra warranty, they seemed very unhappy about removing it and tried to convince me I had to buy it because it had already been processed (xxxxxxxx, right?). After spending $40,000 on a new vehicle ($10,000 over my budget), I bring it home into the light and notice numerous scratches covering the vehicle (some very minor, some rather major). They refused to do anything about it. (This is the day after I brought it home!) You call them for something, they tell you they will call you right back and they never do, etc. Terrible customer service, extremely unorganized. They can barely get it together enough to organize a shuttle to pick you up, let alone sell a vehicle properly. More

I just purchased my 4th new kia from them and they are so amazing on every level they have amazing service (bill) we love you and the sales guys are awesome they always play with my kids when iam there, they also treat you better then family thats why that last review seems to bad if anyone knows the planet kia family or read e brandon they are always ranked high by customers all the time so please do not listen to that last review and go see for yourself why they are so great again i love you all down there at planet kia and will see you again soon for popcorn and an oil change angela More

I went in looking for a specific model and year of car (2010 Kia Soul). Long story short, they clearly did not want to make a sale too badly. They would not work with me what so ever so I went to another (2010 Kia Soul). Long story short, they clearly did not want to make a sale too badly. They would not work with me what so ever so I went to another dealer the same day and bought my Kia Soul. Also, this dealership from what I've heard like to play games, Adam played dumb a few times when I brought up some dings and scratches on the car I was looking at. Not only did I get exactly what I was looking for at the dealership I bought my car from, I got a better model and the price that I wanted. On top of that the car I did end up with was in better shape for the same price and the dealership I purchased from was very helpful in getting my payments and price exactly where I wanted. Planet Kia, take a lesson from some of your competitors out there and maybe you'll see how to treat a potential sale. You lost. I have let numerous car shopping friends know to steer clear of Planet Kia and will continue to do so. More
