Service desk is very hard to get a hold of, and messages are sometimes lost and they never attempt to fix this. Pfaff Subaru has been exceptional, and their Service Team are best in-class. I am a loyal customer to this location since 2020, and this location has expertly taken care of my 2020 Subaru Forrester, 2023 Cro are best in-class. I am a loyal customer to this location since 2020, and this location has expertly taken care of my 2020 Subaru Forrester, 2023 CrossTrek and now my 2025 Outback (favourite so far). The location is immaculately kept, coffee is great and I love the country Playlist. Their service extends not just to meet and exceed workmanship on the vehicle, but as well to the customer experience. An example to illustrate an above and beyond moment, is when they allowed me use an occupied meeting room / office as I had a last-minute time sensitive business meeting that required privacy. Explaining my situation, the Team graciously allowed me to use said room. Being in the business of retail, I always preach to my district teams throughout the province, about the importance of customer experience; to build a genuine connection through a genuine experience; not through the lense of a transactional requirement, but from a "kitchen-table" mindset approach. This philosophy is what forms a team based on trust, builds mentorship mindset leaders and creates a people-first atmosphere which translates to a customer having a small-town community experience; which will win the hearts and more importantly, the loyalty of a customer.
