not enough room here to put all of what I’ve been through from sales person JOSHUA, used car manager LUCA, so called manager of some type JESSA, highest manager ROB, even the executive assistant to Mr. Pfaff from sales person JOSHUA, used car manager LUCA, so called manager of some type JESSA, highest manager ROB, even the executive assistant to Mr. Pfaff in being Leslie, then even way up to Lithia customer cares centre. I bought an SQ5 drove home. next morning brake light was on the ground and rear wiper not working. Call to get it fixed. Luca calls me in. on my way I discover I was sold a lying, deceiving extended warranty that I was told is exactly like Audi‘s factory warranty. Yet, it only covered a joke $3000 per claim. I’m basically losing my mind. Wasn’t shown this, it was hidden from all the people above and the whole Pfaff entity. So, properly get my vehicle fixed and safetied. I tell LUCA about warranty. He simply states it’s not possible to get a warranty like ours. (More lies) Then a joke, he says, but I got you the highest coverage possible. Bronze tech warranty? Bronze, but isn’t there a silver, gold and or platinum. LUCA Says nope. Then he says, but it’ll cover up to $10,000 per claim. With this amazing vehicle that was serviced here you’ll never have any problem over that amount. I’m mad, but what I do? So, I leave horribly upset, contact all the above. No more help and nobody will answer a phone, call me back, or email me back? One day later on SQ5 the passenger mirror won’t fold out. So, I pay myself to get it fixed (Another safety issue not fixed. Not even a month later. Then engine light keeps coming on. I again call LUCA, he laughs and says oh well you have warranty, it’s probably just coming on, because the safety just got done? “Really, I tell him” He says yes, not to worry. So, I speak with JESSA again, she has the audacity to tell me when I first bought it they had to put lots of money into it to fix it?????? So, they gave me an unfit, un-saftied, vehicle and had to put more money into it after me having it for one day before problems started??????? UNBELIEVABLE!!! After only 3 months, engine light coming on and off. I have to have top end of engine replaced, all pistons, rings, sleeves, etc, plus, plus, plus For almost $13,000!!!!!!! So, I speak with Mr. PFAFFS executive assistant LESLIE, she literally does nothing, passes me off after 2 weeks of doing nothing to Lithia Cares for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do to help, they’ve spent to much helping me??????? LUCA, did nothing, but literally laugh at me on phone. JESSA, did nothing, but tell me they put so much money into it????? (Yes, to properly safety an unfit vehicle) I should have brought it to MTO, but now I will still contact them. So, I went to the highest level for help and their all doing nothing. Stay away from this unsafe, unfit, lying, deceiving, unbelievably disgusting deal in Audi Vaughan, Audi Vaughan used cars and Pfaff as a whole. Now like the other review. They’re going to write that they actually care and to call JESSA, whom will do absolutely nothing again. So!!!!!!! Pathetically disgusting. More

If you want you and your family dragged through the mud with pure lies, deception, false promises and headaches. But of the liar Joshua in sales. Then when you have a problem with a used car 1! Go to LUCA, the so called used car manager. You want to go to, what they call above him. It’s Jessa. These are the people I had to deal with that sold my little girl and I an unsafe SQ5 that only lasted 3 months before the engine blew up and now had to be totally rebuilt. I called all the above plenty of times. No help and even basically laughed at by LUCA. Now my little girl and I may be out $35,000 in 3 months from dealing with the above people? Shame on you Pfaff and Audi Vaughan. Never, ever have I dealt with such a horrible dealer and large entity in Pfaff that truly doesn’t care. Your bought and forgot! More

The new service manager is the best I’ve seen in 15 years. What a difference dealing with Christopher. He was so patient and helpful and even had the head mechanic come speak to us to explain the iss years. What a difference dealing with Christopher.
