Buying my new truck from Dano Laflamme I would recommend Dano Laflamme to anyone looking for a vehicle. His approach to sales is like none other. He's not your typical salesman that doesn't I would recommend Dano Laflamme to anyone looking for a vehicle. His approach to sales is like none other. He's not your typical salesman that doesn't care after the vehicle is sold. He goes above and beyond anyone's expectations and truly cares about the relationships he builds with his customers. He is a great guy to deal with both on a business and personal level. I am however not a fan of the way some other sales people and service people handle themselves within peace River Chrysler. I was at the point where I was never going to own another dodge product because of it. Dano changed that for me by being the type of person he is. Peace River Chrysler is lucky to have someone who truly cares about building a strong bond and relationship with customers and not just pushing vehicles out the door. People like Dano are the guys who change people's opinion on poor past experiences. If it wasn't for Dano I would never have bought another dodge product. I hope to continue doing business with people like him in the future. More

WORST SERVICE EVER Do not take your vehicle for service to this place! My truck went in a month ago for all the lights were on inside...4x4, check engine, break lights. Do not take your vehicle for service to this place! My truck went in a month ago for all the lights were on inside...4x4, check engine, break lights..etc. two days after coming out...$1500 later all the lights appeared back on. Called to have them look at it again in which they couldnt get us in for 2 weeks. Dropped off vehicle on Friday night for Saturday servicing. Tried calling shop all day no one answered. Drive up there and see my truck is still sitting right where it was dropped off. Go in and they said yes, we will try to get that in right away. Asked when they closed and they said 5. Tried calling and calling again to find out about truck. Driove back up there at 4:30 and building was locked up all lights off. No one in until Monday now. I need this vehicle to get back and forth to work as I live 20 minutes outside of Town. Call Monday and they had no excuse. Had to make another appointment for following Saturday. Dropped off late Friday night. Again no call and no one is answering our calls. Finally get through and they said..ok, just talked to the mechanic and hes going to look at it right away. Again, end of day comes no call. Go down to dealership and truck is still sitting in same spot untouched. Called Monday morning and they said...oh your truck wasnt here. Mechanic said he went out and couldnt find it. Truck was parked right outside service doors same place as every other time. This is disgusting how they do service. Truck rescheduled for Saturday once again. Goes in, call back and said it was all new issues. $880. All the lights that came back on were NEW undetected issues! Go to pay today and bill is $1200. I refused to pay and they said that then I wont get my truck. Service manager is away on holidays and Id have to wait until she was back before taking my truck. What a joke! Paid the bill as I need my vehicle. Will never ever ever purchase another product from them again or get any further service on my vehicle. Scam artists! This is a constant complaint in this town regarding this dealership and their disgusting service. 0 out of 5 stars. I have always loved the chrysler/dodge product. Three of us in my household drive them. Never again if this is how customer service goes. More
