I would just like to know what is wrong with my car, I have been patiently waiting since August 15 and nobody will speak with me. It is costing me a small fortune in cabs to and from work which I could be spending to get my car fixed if someone would just talk to me. I was promised a call today from Kelly the service manager and instead she dodged my calls all day, the GM Deon promised to call me right back and this call was not received.
