Usman added extras to my agreement that I did not consent to. I had to cancel my deal. It was difficult to get my deposit back. This made it so I had to spend a month dealing with credit bureaus and Volkswagen Finance to get it removed and refunded. I eventually received a refund from Volkswagen Finance. Disappointed with the service experience at Volkswagen Owen Sound. I brought my 2022 Tiguan in September 2025 due to oil loss and was initially told everything was normal. The issue continued, and when Owen Sound. I brought my 2022 Tiguan in September 2025 due to oil loss and was initially told everything was normal. The issue continued, and when I returned in November, the mechanic confirmed the oil seals needed replacing, noting this is a common issue with 2022 Tiguans. I was told parts were ordered and booked in for January 5, 2026, which was later moved to January 19 due to a parts delay. When I arrived on January 19, there was clear confusion about why I was there — staff thought I was in for diagnostics only, and I had to provide previous diagnostic information myself. I was also given conflicting information about missing parts and the availability of a loaner vehicle, despite being told previously this was a three-day repair with a loaner. I spoke with Ian (Manager), who said he wanted to make it right and would follow up the next day, but I did not receive that follow-up. Since then, I have spoken with Melissa and Tyler in the service department, with repeated promises of communication that were not followed through. This is a warranty-covered repair, and the ongoing delays, miscommunication, and lack of follow-up have been extremely frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues so future customers have a better experience. More
