DONT BUY THEIR SCAMMY INSURANCE AND LOOK UP FIRST INSURANCE under reviews there are so many people with the exact same complaints as I have.We have dealt with orchard Ford for32 years. I have bought insurance policies after insurance policy from them, for multiple vehicles, this last one cost me 10k, come time for me to claim on my disability insurance and guess what, Orchard ford is on the insurance companies side. Called Trevor and told him the whole story and hes completely agreeing with them, so i will be going to the next step. They not only sell their customer crap insurance that they have no intention on covering if you need it they're, just as bad as the insurance. Thanks for absolutely nothing Trevor, this just cost orchard ford many, many more sales, because none of our family will be dealing with your fraudulent insurance services that you are so blatantly backing. Oh yes, and he claims that they've done nothing, too. We will just see about that. I hope a disability never comes to knock on your door! More

Took my truck in for service, the staff were professional as you would expect. The low score comes from the blatant cash grab of the lease buyout. Absolutely Amazing ServiceWhilst on a weekend visit in Absolutely Amazing Service Whilst on a weekend visit in lovely Kelowna, after having had to jumpstart my car, and suspecting that the battery had pac Absolutely Amazing Service Whilst on a weekend visit in lovely Kelowna, after having had to jumpstart my car, and suspecting that the battery had packed in, but not knowing for sure if it was that, I decided to let it be checked out at the Orchard Ford Sales Garage in West Kelowna, and received the best service ever. Tom was the one dealing with my car that day and made me aware that the next 2 or 3 days were ram-packed booked, but he said he would try his best as I still had to travel back to the Lower Mainland that same day, and certainly he did. Not only had I got a diagnosis that it was most likely the battery that had to be changed within a few minutes, I also received a call a few hours later to have it confirmed and to authorize the change, and then had my car back with a new battery in time in the afternoon to still allow me to travel. Big thanks to the Ford Orchard Team, and special thanks to Tom, who made it all possible. If it was for me, he should be given a pay-rise or at least a bonus of some kind for the efforts he made.
