Not only do they make sure the suv is in working order, they always reach out if anything pops up concerning the car with no pressure for servicing! Over the past 2 years that I have been a customer, Eric has continued to treat me with respect and professionalism. When I phone to make an appointment for my car, he explains everything that will be done and the approximate cost. I don't have many questions after a service because he explains everything that has been done, and advises me on what to expect next with my car's maintenance. He carefully reviews the invoice with me so there are no surprises. His patience and kindness never waiver. Order a 2023 Hyundai Elentra in September 2022 and was told March 2023. The car is still sitting on a vessell in the ocean and new date is June 2023. I was told 3 different dates and all incorrect.
