If I could rate the service department at this dealership a ZERO I would. I took my dodge ram 1500 into for servicing because the outdoor cab light kept flickering repeatedly on the dash and started to drain a ZERO I would. I took my dodge ram 1500 into for servicing because the outdoor cab light kept flickering repeatedly on the dash and started to drain my battery to the point where my vehicle kept dying. I figured I would take it to the dealership since they would be best at fixing the issue if there was a wiring problem. After hooking it up to the machine they determined it keeps flickering because the light bulbs were out. They put new bulbs in and gave it back to me saying the issue was fixed, charging me over 150$. I picked the truck up and it died in my driveway again the next morning. I took it back the next day and they then claimed it was because the button was getting stuck in the cab, causing the light to stay on but they didn’t have the part and it was going to be another 225. I drove out of the dealership and the engine light came on so I circled back and made a bit of a “scene”. One of the mechanics asked me what is wrong and I explained what happened. They said they would take a button off their rentals outside to see if it worked. Long story short it obviously didn’t fix the issue meaning they tried to charge me for something for no reason. They then said would work with me and get me a rental so I could go to work and would fix the wiring (the “new” issue) for free but it would be a few days because they’re really busy. They never called me after I left to get me a rental or fix the issue. They had the AUDACITY a month later to phone me that the button I clearly didn’t need was in and that my oil change was due. I told them on the phone I would NEVER come back here because of their crappy service. They just said “ok have a nice day” never asking what happened. I took my car to another shop and they told me it was just a battery issue that it is tripping the truck because it’s under 9 volts. They told me this is one of the easiest problems to fixed and asked me about random flickering lights/engine lights coming on without me telling them it happened. They also printed out the report and gave me a new battery. I’ve haven’t had any issues with my truck since. Thanks for ripping off a woman dodge. I would never ever recommend taking my vehicle here and never dealing with Eric the service person in my entire life. More

I was told on Monday afternoon by the service advisor that my flat tire was covered under our. Wow Looking at the reviews sure makes me wonder why we dealt there for 8 years. We went there In December 2013 to purchase a grand Cherokee Diesel. The salesman said they were not available. The same day we went to Brampton and bought the Grand Cherokee diesel Summit there. Driving out of the dealership the first day, the car started chugging along. We had crossed 8 lanes of traffic, and had to return to the dealership the same way. Anyhow they fixed the problem. Since then we have dealt with orangeville Chrysler. There has been many recalls in this vehicle for one thing and another, but the worst was the Diesel engine breaking down after 106000km. There was about 3 weeks To go on the warranty, and the fight began. After 3 months of phone calls to FCA and Randy the service manager, they finally agreed to replace the engine. we asked them to replace all the hoses, which they didn’t do, and a hose went after 2 weeks, They did replace all the hoses under warranty at this point. Recently, with 50k on the new engine the oil cooler went. Orangeville said the part was 2 grand and installation 1700 bucks. We got the part from a dealer in England for 150 bucks, and had it installed. When they changed the engine, we think they put the old oil cooler back on the new engine otherwise why would it fail after 50k. With this episode we made many calls to Randy (now the manager) and sent a couple of emails to the owner of the service centre. On one of the recalls, they fixed the problem and we went to Orillia the next day the car broke down with the same recall problem Orangeville said they fixed it right, but it cost us 250 bucks the next day for the same repair. After our last episode, we got a call from Randy telling us to stay away from their service centre. After 8 years of putting up with them. We also had a warranty replacement for the lines in our dash cluster. That was never satisfied back in 2018 , I just gave up on that one. More

Went into Orangeville Chrysler looking for a new vehicle, was introduced to the NEW Grand wagoneer and loved it, my salesperson Jamie was easy to deal with and a pleasure working with her, from explaining th was introduced to the NEW Grand wagoneer and loved it, my salesperson Jamie was easy to deal with and a pleasure working with her, from explaining the vehicle options to the test drive made the experience great. Had a noise issue the first week owning the SUV, called up Chris my service advisor and was told to come in immediately, between Chris and the service manager I’ve never experienced such customer service before, the service manager found the issue and corrected the problem within an hour. Can’t say enough about my experience dealing with all involved during my purchases. Would highly recommend Orangeville Chrysler for your next car. More
