Even though I have been a Dodge customer for the 11 years - I have dodge Caravan SXT 2003 model and Dodge journey 2012 model, it has always been a problem when I call the service department. They are not all all cooperative and anything and everything is a problem and it is really frustrating as a result at times I have to take the car to service somewhere else just because the dealer service did not cooperate with the same. At time we understand it is a problem, but never I had been in a situation where I was happy to take the vehicle to the service station. Not to say, the vehicles are great and am happy with the same and hence we keep on going and buying Chrysler and buy their vehicles.Great vehicle to Drive.but horrible experience with Service. More
