Suggest Toyota should advertise this service more explicily. The only negative was the wait , which was supposed to be no longer than 90 minutes and turned out to be2 and a half hours. More

Winter tire swap plus I've given a decent rating as the customer service people do the best they can. They spotted leaking acid from my battery so ended up getting a new ba I've given a decent rating as the customer service people do the best they can. They spotted leaking acid from my battery so ended up getting a new battery hopefully saving me from breaking down in the winter. The customer service people are excellent, particularly Manny and Roger. My only concern is the pricing for tires and the swapping. It is not competitive with others so I am paying additional costs for balancing and alignment each time that I wouldn't be paying in other places i.e. Costco. Hence am unlikely to buy tires from you again. More

(Waiting area was crowded with people either waiting for ride or who had opted to stay there until their cars were done.) Then took longer due to how busy it was. I realize it was crowded due to number of people trying to get cars winterized in a hurry...but this is a yearly problem and maybe extra staff around this time would be a good idea....or keep service dept open longer for November.
